Key Responsibilities

Define and document technical architecture for complex .NET applications, including front-end, back-end, and database layers.
Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using .NET technologies (.NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework).
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools for projects.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in .NET technologies and industry best practices.
Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of all developed applications.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Contribute to the improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

14+ years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on .NET development.
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex .NET applications using a variety of technologies (.NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework).
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices.
Extensive experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
Strong experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, infrastructure as code).
Experience with microservices architecture.
Experience with security best practices (authentication, authorization, data encryption).
