    About the Role :
    We are seeking a talented and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing web applications that leverage the power of MongoDB, , , and

    While this is not a senior leadership role, we are looking for someone who demonstrates initiative and the potential to grow into a leadership position within the team.


    Responsibilities :

    • Design, develop, and maintain userfriendly and responsive web applications using the MERN stack
    • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers throughout the development lifecycle
    • Contribute to all phases of the software development process, from requirements gathering to deployment
    • Write clean, maintainable, and welldocumented code adhering to best practices
    • Utilize JavaScript effectively, including ES6+ features, to build interactive and dynamic web experiences
    • Leverage and its core principles to create reusable and efficient UI components
    • Implement serverside rendering techniques for optimal SEO and performance (a plus)
    • Design and develop RESTful APIs using and for communication between frontend and backend
    • Work with MongoDB to design and manage database structures effectively
    • Utilize frontend CSS frameworks and preprocessing tools to style applications
    • Approach complex problems with a solutionsoriented mindset and strong debugging skills
    • Continuously learn and stay uptodate on the latest MERN stack trends and technologies

    Requirements :

    • 24 years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer or a similar role
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment
    • Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to take initiative
    • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features
    • Extensive experience with and its core principles
    • Familiarity with serverside rendering and frontend build tools
    • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with and
    • Experience with database technologies like MongoDB
    • Knowledge of frontend CSS frameworks and preprocessing tools (a plus)
