Theideal candidate will have a background in luxury or experienceworking in a topnotchagency.KeyResponsibilities:
    1. TeamSetup: Establish and lead a highperforming digitalmarketing team including experts in Social Media AudioVideo GraphicDesigning and Writers.
    2. StrategyDevelopment: Develop and execute innovative andeffective digital marketing strategies to enhance the brandpresence and drive businessgoals.
    3. CampaignManagement: Oversee the planning execution andoptimization of digital marketing campaigns across variouschannels.
    4. BrandPositioning: Ensure that all digital marketing effortsalign with the luxury positioning of the brand and maintain aconsistent brandvoice.
    5. Collaboration:Work closely with crossfunctional teams to integrate digitalmarketing strategies into overall marketing and businessobjectives.
    6. PerformanceAnalysis: Implement analytical tools to measure thesuccess of digital marketing campaigns and use datadriven insightsto make strategicdecisions.
    Qualifications:
    • Provenexperience in setting up and leading digital marketingteams.
    • Marketing Degree is a must for thisrole.
    • Background in luxury marketing orexperience with a topnotch agency.
    • Indepthknowledge of Social Media AudioVideo production Graphic Designingand Content Writing.
    • Strong leadership and teammanagement skills.
