    Immediate Hiring for Business Development Manager

    Position: Business Development Manager

    Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

    Experience: 1-2years

    Qualification: Any Graduate

    Languages: English & Kannada Mandatory (Multilanguage will be added advantage)

    Shift: Day Shift Interview: Walk-in

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Creation of Sales pipeline & lead generation.

    Understanding the school owner's persona and requirement to pitch the appropriate solution matching their need.

    To conduct Product demo and academic discussions with schools. Maintain the CRM with timely and accurate information.

    Support marketing for lead generation campaigns.

    Maintain strong industry knowledge which included but not limited to competitive offerings & customer aspirations (School Owners, Teachers, Parent, Students).

    Adherence to the sales process.

    Execute targeted marketing campaigns for growth.

    Conduct BTL activities

    Skills:

    Effective Communication and Presentation Skills

    Strong analytical, networking and management skills.

    Result-driven with experience of extremely target centric job

    Confident and persevering risk-taker who thrives in a high-performance high-growth environment

    Self-learners with high grasping ability

    4 -7 year of sales experience in B2B Sales, currently managing a team
