    About the Role:


    We are seeking an individual for the Center of Excellence (CoE) role, who will spearhead strategic initiatives and lead high-impact projects aimed at enhancing the People and Culture efforts at Leap.


    The charter for this role will include:

    • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and programs
    • Conduct data analysis to provide insights for strategic decisionmaking
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address HRrelated challenges
    • Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee development initiatives
    • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to HR process optimization
    • Act as a problemsolving resource for HRrelated issues

    Ideal Persona would:

    • MBA in HR from a premium business school
    • 12 years of experience in an HR generalist role or a similar position dedicated to managing projects and initiatives with the HR division
    • Strong analytical skills with a great understanding of data
    • Excellent problemsolving abilities using first principle thinking
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
