- Ensure the timely execution of client and general business payments, adhering to all regulatory, servicing, and business requirements
- Validate that all payment requests are within authorization limits of requestors prior to processing
- Investigate and resolve issues related to payment processing and look for ways to avoid recurrence.
- Anticipate, identify, assess, and prioritize potential payment problems to avoid their occurrence
- Analyze and monitor outgoing payments made via automation tools
- Perform necessary payment reconciliations and confirmations, and monitor payment status
- Contact banks for returned wires, request wire amendments, and initiate wire recalls
- Manage day to day handling documents while maintaining sensitivity to confidential and personal information
- Perform other related projects as assigned
- Bachelor's degree holder
- At least 1 year working experience. Experience gained from Finance / Banking / Accounting industry is an advantage
- Able to multi-task and meet both intraday and project deadlines in a fast-paced business environment
- Excellent communications skills, with ability to work with others to accomplish business objectives.
- Self-starter who carries out responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Maintains discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Excellent attention to detail with strong customer servicing focus
- Excellent computer and Internet proficiency, including mastery of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
