    Role andResponsibilities

    • Manage all endtoendprojects including client handling project preparation executionand completion
    • Define SLAs and timelines forproject completion and ensure adherence tothem
    • Effectively manage project teams andcoordinate with internal departments to ensure successful projectexecution
    • Understand customer environments anddevelop deployment and integrationroadmaps
    • Plan and conduct periodic projectreviews for key customers
    • Coordinate withclients and partners to address and resolve hardware or softwarefailures
    • Manage change requests includingplanning execution testing and rollbackplans
    • Identify issues and solutions duringoperations and plan change activitiesaccordingly
    • Follow up on fixing workaroundsroot cause analysis knowledge sharing and escalations fromL2
    • Collaborate with customers and employees toidentify and provide solutions toproblems
    • Maintain accurate and detailed projectrecords andlogs

    CandidateQualifications

    • Bachelors degree in arelevant field
    • Proven experience in projectmanagement preferably in the HR industry
    • Strongorganizational and leadership skills
    • Excellentproblemsolving and decisionmakingabilities
    • Effective communication andinterpersonal skills
    • Ability to work underpressure and meet projectdeadlines
