    Digital Marketing Specialist

    The Role

    We're looking for a digital marketing expert who can help us drive growth. This role is for someone who loves new projects and challenges every day.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work with our Director of Operations and Marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies.
    • Become an expert in small businesses and products.
    • QA and testing of website, marketing channels, and products as needed.
    • Create engaging content, including copywriting, proofreading, and development with SEO in mind.
    • Conduct KPI-driven reporting and data analysis to monitor behavior and improve results.
    • Manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, automated emails, and eblasts.
    • Occasionally design graphics, white papers, and short videos, following our brand guide.
    • Provide organizational support, including meeting organization and inquiry handling.
    • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on product market trends.
    • Collaborate with remote team members as needed.
    • Support events online and offline, including webinars, trade shows, and special events.
    • Manage social media, including post creation and scheduling, and developing content calendars.
    • Develop PPC campaigns with Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn.

    Requirements

    • 4-6 years of professional experience or related schooling in a well-regarded technical college or degree in marketing.
    • Previous experience in partner, affiliate, and influencer marketing is an asset.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to new challenges/tools.
    • A desire for both independent work and team projects that require collaboration.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, Monday Marketer, and Figma.
    • Comfort working 100% remotely and checking in regularly.
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Highly self-motivated, assertive, and professional.
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
    • A knack for efficient and action-plan-driven brainstorming is a huge plus.
    • Able to pass a background check.
    • Excellent knowledge of AI tools, including best practices, efficient prompts, and limitations.
    • Knowledge of small business, finance, B2B, payments, or accounting is required.
