Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Executive located in Gurugram. As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for the accounting and financial activities of the company

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST)
• Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
• An educational background in commerce or related field.
• 1-3 Years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently on assigned duties.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
• Decent Knowledge of Accounts and Tally Software Tally Prime

Job Description

· Maintain day to day accounting transactions in Tally Prime

· Preparation of Sales Invoices / Purchase Orders / Credit & Debit Notes / Goods Received Notes etc

· Calculating and preparing monthly salary & OT of staff

· Preparing & filing of GST and TDS returns

· Computation, deduction / payments of TDS

· Bank Reconciliation

· Debtor and Creditor Reconciliation

· Assist in preparation & finalization of monthly / yearly Accounts (P/L and Balance sheet)

· Maintaining Inventory Records and preparation of Inventory Sheets

· Knowledge of E Way Bill Portal, E Way bill Generation etc

· Payment reconciliation of E-commerce portal

· Petty Cash

· Assist in Statutory Audit

· And all other accounts task

Salary - Between INR 20, ,000 depending upon experience and qualifications
