    Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager – Contract Governance & MIS/Supply Chain Management

    This role will work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders across the business and geographies to deliver on contractual commitments, identify further business opportunities, deliver MIS reports and analytics.

    If you are an experienced professional with relevant contract management & MIS experience and a sound knowledge of the offshoring process and have managed a team size of 5-10 people - then this role is for you.

    In this role, you shall be leading Contract Governance & MIS team and collaborate with client's commercial partner to drive Operational excellence and transformation. You will also work on ensuring transformation and analytics are utilized to help operations deliver on their key metrics and customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    As a leader, you will deliver on various sub-functions:

    ·Contracts and Commercial: Track commercial commitments, change control procedure and lead regular commercial forums

    ·MIS and Analytics: Digitize all reporting via QlikSense platform, provide data driven insights and ensure all metrics are reported on time

    ·Workforce Management: Evaluate trends to forecast volumes, workforce, hiring and recruitment activity required to continue to deliver the Services in line with operational demand

    ·Learning & Development, PMO: Onboarding employees, maintain training calendars and people reporting requirements

    ·Business Continuity planning, risk management and partnering with various internal teams to deliver on commitments which go across various functions

    ·Ensure that the various client legal entities are invoiced on time and first time right

    Qualifications we seek in you

    Minimum Qualifications

    ·Any graduation (MBA – Finance preferred)

    ·In depth experience in at least 2 of the responsibilities mentioned above

    Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

    ·Excellent written & verbal interpersonal skills

    ·Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel

    ·Good analytical & problem-solving skills with ability to handle team & lead client discussions

    ·Working knowledge of any Business Intelligence applications – QlikSense, Power BI, Tableau, etc.

    ·Ability to navigate large internal and external organizations, while taking the team along
