    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled AO Lead (Operations And Maintenance) - Female to join our team. As an AO Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance activities of our company. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is based in Delhi, Delhi, India. This is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
    • 6 to 8 years of experience in operations and maintenance roles
    • Proven track record of successfully managing operations and maintenance activities
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards
    • Proficiency in using MS Office applications
    • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

    Roles and Responsibility of AO Lead :

    Driving continuous improvement journey in the Business processes and systems at the

    site for reducing efforts, improving productivity, reducing cost and optimization of

    resources such as FIPs, SGAs and Kaizens.

    Engaging MIPs and workforce to participate in continuous improvement initiatives to

    improve plant performance.

    Supporting and facilitating Six Sigma YB/GB/BB certification of MIPs

    Facilitate Implementation of Asset Optimization Framework and its Modules

    Performs value chain assessments to establish maturity levels and identify gaps in

    operational processes in order to recommend improvement programs that will strengthen

    the operational results of a business.

    Identifies, documents, and spreads best practices through the use of benchmarking,

    surveys.

    Conduct trainings and workshops of TPM, 5S, OEE, PM,RCA, Kaizen, Six sigma for

    workforce.

    Ensuring Problem-solving tools learning applications for analysis of problems and

    recommend solutions. Identify gaps in operational processes in order to operational results of

    a business.

    Analyze, propose and implement actions to improve operating efficiency, quality and

    productivity issues in copper plant.

    Documentation of improvements, Projects, Kaizen and measuring effectiveness and financial

    benefits of these initiatives.

    Preparing and Sharing MIS of continuous improvement and status of AO Module

    implementation

    Implementation of DMAIC methodology to identify pain areas as projects and drive for

    successful completion.

    Detects asset issues and drives quick implementation of corrective actions.

    Drive RCA (root cause analyses), FMEA (Failure mode effect analyses) etc. for major and

    minor breakdowns.

    Track & report actual versus planned asset optimization performance with client.

    Conduct AO Audits on regular basis based on the defined AO framework.
