    Business Finance Manager - Snacking Industry

    We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Finance Manager.

    In this role, you will support the finance department in various financial activities and play a key role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing valuable insights to drive business decisions.


    The Role:

    • Assist in financial planning and budgeting processes, including gathering data, preparing forecasts, and analyzing variances,
    • Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders,
    • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement,
    • Assist in developing financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions,
    • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and ensure accuracy of data,
    • Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions,
    • Provide adhoc financial analysis and support to management as needed,
    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting financial management including undertaking competition benchmarking,
    • Undertake stakeholder management.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • CA / MBA with 35 years of postqualification experience
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Familiarity with SAP will be an added advantage
    • Experience of working with startups will be considered positively
    • Should be currently doing Investment Banking, Consulting or Corporate Finance.
    • Should be an expert in Financial Modelling and Valuation Analysis.
