- Developing and maintaining HR dashboards. Ensure data accuracy, relevance, and timeliness in all activities.
- Optimizing and scaling existing data workflows
- Stay updated on HR analytics trends, and improve data collection methods, reporting tools, and analytical techniques to make HR more efficient and effective.
- Gathering requirements from various stakeholders concerning HR and recruiting data, including opportunities to automate and produce meaningful insight from data.
- Evaluate data sources, systems, and tools to help teams easily understand and utilize data.
- Generate on-demand analyses and reports as required.
- Collaborate with the HR Workforce Analytics team to improve and implement new analytics capabilities, promoting the accessibility and utilization of data within the HR Corporate Functions.
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS)
- Advanced excel skills and you are excited about learning other technologies.
- Excellent business English skills (written and spoken)
