    • Developing and maintaining HR dashboards. Ensure data accuracy, relevance, and timeliness in all activities.
    • Optimizing and scaling existing data workflows
    • Stay updated on HR analytics trends, and improve data collection methods, reporting tools, and analytical techniques to make HR more efficient and effective.
    • Gathering requirements from various stakeholders concerning HR and recruiting data, including opportunities to automate and produce meaningful insight from data.
    • Evaluate data sources, systems, and tools to help teams easily understand and utilize data.
    • Generate on-demand analyses and reports as required.
    • Collaborate with the HR Workforce Analytics team to improve and implement new analytics capabilities, promoting the accessibility and utilization of data within the HR Corporate Functions.

    Required Qualifications

    • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS)
    • Advanced excel skills and you are excited about learning other technologies.
    • Excellent business English skills (written and spoken)
