    Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and manage Google Ads campaigns with a focus on PPC, conversion tracking, and maximizing ROAS.
    • Conduct thorough analyses to refine ad performance across all stages, applying tactics like PMAX, demand-gen, and YouTube advertising.
    • Employ advanced targeting strategies, including remarketing, lookalike audiences, and demographic segmentation to drive conversions.
    • Experience with Meta and Reddit ads is preferred.
    • Use conversion tracking tools to analyze the value of each campaign, providing actionable insights that improve traffic and sales outcomes.
    • Optimize ad spend across multiple campaigns, ensuring cost-efficiency while driving maximum reach and conversions.
    • Collaborate with content and design teams to test and improve landing page effectiveness to maximize campaign ROI.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of hands-on experience in PPC, Google Ads, and conversion-optimized digital campaigns.
    • Proficient in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
    • Strong knowledge of key ad formats, metrics, and platforms, including PMAX, demand-gen, YouTube, and remarketing techniques.
    • Experience with A/B testing, creative ad copywriting, and adapting ad strategies based on performance data.
    • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and content marketing alignment is a plus.
    • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills and a data-driven mindset.
