    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning:
    Driving andimplementation of strategic initiatives/projects and objectives inalignment with the organizations overall objectives.
    Collaborate with executive leadership to establish projectpriorities and ensure alignment with the companys strategicvision.
    Support in CEO presentation for business plansor board or any other presentations required to be prepared withgood quality and accuracy


    Project Governance:
    Set up periodicgovernance calls for initiatives/projects with respectiveteams.

    Ensure initiative and projects tracking andstatus consolidation of data and reports preparation for governancecalls with CEO and respective stakeholder.

    Establish andmaintain all initiatives file presentation and contracts or otherdocuments well organization in folder structure with right and easyaccessibility.

    Ensure compliance with organizationalpolicies and procedures throughout the project/initiativeslifecycle.

    Define process preparations ofvarious operations reports or other reports and consolidation forCEO related to sales pipeline finance operations employee workforceor coordinate with respective units.

    Capability tounderstand and write contract documents review and coordinate withlegal and finance team


    Risk Management:
    Maintaining risk trackerIdentify assess and mitigate project/initiative risks to ensuresuccessful delivery.
    Develop and implement riskmanagement processes and procedures within the PMO

    StakeholderCommunication:
    Facilitate communication andcollaboration among project teams stakeholders and executiveleadership.
    Prepare and present project status reportsupdates and key performance indicators to senior management

    Performance Measurement:
    Establish key performanceindicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and monitor projectperformance.
    Implement a continuous improvement processto enhance project delivery effectiveness


    Qualifications:
    1. Bachelorsdegree in a relevant field.
    2. Masters degree or MBA inbusiness administration /operations
    3. Proven experiencein project management.
    4. Certification in projectmanagement methodologies is a plus.
    5. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
    6. Worked in ITcompany and have undemanding of IT products andservices.
    7. Experience in managing end to end PMOfunction for senior leaders or CEO
