Manager Internal Communications

Education:

Bachelor's degree from recognised university.
Degree or PG Diploma in Communications, Public Relations or a related field preferable.

Experience:

At least 8 years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a multinational company.
Experience of executing internal communication campaigns and employee engagement in alignment with company priorities.

Knowledge & Key Skills:

Creative writing skills with the ability to create compelling content for different audiences and channels.
SharePoint Knowledge and experience.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Experience of working on Adobe Photoshop and video creation/editing tools is a plus.
Understanding and sensitive to multi cultures. Working in a regional/global role is a plus.
Experience of working across time zones preferable.
