Responsibilities :

• Manual Testing : Conduct thorough manual testing of Timely's software applications to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
• Automated Testing : Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and to ensure the reliability and scalability of our software.
• Test Planning : Collaborate with the development team to create comprehensive test plans, including test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
• Bug Tracking : Report and track defects using bug tracking tools, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Regression Testing : Perform regression testing to ensure that new features or changes do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
• Performance Testing : Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization in our software.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and testing processes.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging QA technologies to improve the overall quality assurance process.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist with 2-5 years of hands-on experience.
• Strong knowledge of Python or for test automation.
• Familiarity with manual and automated testing tools and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work from the office in Bangalore.
