- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- SAP knowledge must be required
- Maintain and support the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and applications
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide timely resolution
