    Job Description:

    We are seeking a talented CAD Design Engineer with expertise in Mechatronics to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products focusing on thermal management and Design for Manufacturing (DFM). This role involves supporting prototype samples and ensuring the seamless transition from design to production.

    Responsibilities:

    Utilize CAD software to design and develop Mechatronics products.

    Focus on thermal management solutions to ensure optimal performance of products.

    Implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to enhance manufacturability and efficiency.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define design specifications.

    Support prototype development and testing, making necessary design modifications as required.

    Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to optimize product performance and reliability.

    Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in CAD design and Mechatronics.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.

    Minimum 2-8 years of experience in CAD design of Mechatronics products.

    Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Creo.

    Strong understanding of thermal management principles and techniques.

    Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) practices and methodologies.

    Ability to support prototype samples and troubleshoot design issues.

    Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality designs within specified timelines.
