    B2C Sales Manager -

    Candidate should have minimum 2 Yr experience in B2B Sales from Hospitality sector or Tour and Travel Industry.

    Location - Bangalore

    Salary Upto 6 LPA Max

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in B2C sales, preferably in the consultancy or service industry
    • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Good understanding of market research and sales forecasting
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Leadership qualities with a focus on driving results
    • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
    • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
    • Identify new business opportunities and actively seek out potential clients
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and market intelligence to identify competitive advantages
    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and make informed decisions
