Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related

field

• At least 6+ years of experience as a full stack developer building

applications using Java and React

• Ability to lead API development (REST, SOAP) using Java

• Cloud technologies specifically AWS

• Database management (Snowflake, MongoDB)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into

technology solutions

• Experience working in teams across time zones

• Should have good grip on non-functional areas like performance, scalability

studies, human interaction, software ergonomics

• Knowledge of design driven development, continuous integration, building

highly scalable applications, application security

• Should possess sound knowledge of IT Application architecture, Design

methodologies across multiple platforms

• Knowledge of agile software development process

• Passionate about technology and excited about the emerging/disruptive

technologies
