    Role & Responsibility: Electification through Heat Pumps

    Driving Sustainable Solutions

    What you will do

    As business lead of Indirect Applied Equipment based in Mumbai, and will directly report to the Deputy General Manager – Indirect Sales West with a Matrix reporting to Director Sales and Business Development. You will be part of an emergent team that is responsible for expanding the sales network through Channel Partners, and Distributors, for our Applied Equipment (mini Chillers, Heat Pumps) business in order to achieve high growth aligned to the strategy in EMEA & India markets. You will be responsible for marketing, enabling and driving all India markets ( Hotels, Hospitals, Industrial and Residential ) with "Electrification through Heat Pumps" . Position YORK Heat Pump Solutions as better alternative to conventional Electric heaters, Steam boilers, hot water generator with end customers (Hotel Chains, Resorts, Healthcare, and Industrial. Work in close collaboration with local channel partners and Distributor to Design complete system till closure of the opportunity in favour of YORK. Competition data and intelligence to develop your strategy for a sustainable business growth. Achieve Annual Target of revenue and margin for Channel and Distributor Sales in Both Air to Air and Water to water heat pumps. You shall identify, engage, enable sub dealers of the distributor to cover wider markets to achieve your sales Target. You shall build your network with organizations/contractors/Corporates of Hotel chains whose core domains are in Healthcare and Hospitality for driving the concept and acceptability with spec in/design and build Channel support on sales , service , execution , training , seminars , product promotion.

    How you will do it

    You will be techno-commercial person with domain knowledge of concept selling.

  • Strong connects in Hospitality and Healthcare will be added advantage
  • Strong Knowledge of Heating calculations design, ROI Calculations, presentation
  • Strong knowledge of Channel business KPI, operations and fulfillment
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Strong Business acumen with flair to build relationships with fraternity of Hotels and Hospitals ( Farming Sales approach)
  • What we look for

    Year of Experience : 6 to 8 years

    Qualification : BE Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics with good academic track record
