Job Description:

As a seasoned professional in the contact center industry, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing Genesys cloud solutions. With at least 10 years of experience in contact centers and 2 years specifically in Genesys cloud, you will bring valuable expertise to our team.

Mandatory Skills:

Genesys Cloud: In-depth knowledge of Genesys cloud architecture, including flow development, workforce management, roles and access groups, messaging, reporting, SSO, SCIM, and REST-based backend integration via data actions.
Social Media Integration: Hands-on experience designing and integrating social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Line, WhatsApp) with Genesys cloud using Architect flow development.
Voice/Chat Bot: Expertise in developing advanced complex IVRs in Architect, including TTS and ASR, as well as hands-on experience with voice and chat bot design and integration.
Coding: Proficiency in developing applications using Genesys cloud APIs with SDKs (Java, JavaScript, .NET, etc.).
Workforce Management: In-depth knowledge of Genesys WFM platform, including design, implementation, and configuration.
