    We are looking for an insurance sales manager to be responsible for managing policy sales and overseeing the sales team. The responsibilities of an insurance sales manager include setting and monitoring sales goals, facilitating the professional development of the team, and providing customer support.

    To be successful as an insurance sales manager, you should have strong interpersonal skills, be passionate about providing support and motivation, and be comfortable working long hours. Ultimately, a top-notch insurance sales manager should be an exceptional leader, have good customer relations skills, and be goal-driven.

    1. The incumbent will formulate and implement sales plan for the partner for achieving business targets of sales unit.

    2. Lead, motivate and train the partner.

    3. Set and monitor clear objectives of team to achieve the agreed sales targets for the partners.

    4. Help team to generate and track leads, close sales.

    5. Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately

    6. Bring out the best of branches personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation

    7.Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities

    8.Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs

    9. Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly

    10. Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws

    11. Help team to upsell and cross sell to customers basis need analysis

    12. Help the team facilitate their training on an ongoing basis to ensure a productive channel at all times

    13. Take regular feedback from team and customers on satisfaction on selling process and products

    14. Review Sales plan of the partner and support their growth.
