    Marketing Associate (Fresher) – Social Media & Digital Ads

    We are looking for enthusiastic Marketing Associates who are eager to learn and grow in the field of social media marketing, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Social Media Management: Create, curate, and manage engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms. Plan and schedule social media posts using automation tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.). Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content to enhance audience reach.
    • Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads: Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) & LinkedIn Ads. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for paid campaigns. Track ad performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements for better ROI.
    • Content Creation & Strategy: Assist in writing engaging ad copies, captions, and blog posts. Design basic visuals using Canva or similar tools for social media campaigns. Research industry trends and contribute to digital marketing strategies.
    • Performance Tracking & Analytics: Track social media insights, Google Analytics, and campaign performance. Create weekly/monthly reports on engagement, ad performance, and lead conversions. Recommend strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Recent graduates in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • Passion for social media marketing, digital ads, and brand-building.
    • Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Facebook Ads (Basic understanding preferred).
    • Good writing & creative skills for ad copies and social media content.
    • Analytical mindset to interpret campaign data & optimize strategies.
    • Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced digital environment.
