Operation Guy with Project Management Office

Work with Recruitment team for resource hiring/releases

Work with Project managers for project contracts and maintenance, Invoices, Billing

Work with Clients to get access/extensions etc

Work with Director/Delivery Manager

Account related operation activities

Should have strong service delivery experience

Excellent understanding of metrics for various types of projects

Excellent understanding of project/contract types and risks associated with it.

Very good written and communication skills

Good presentation and reporting skills

Good knowledge of SDLC and Agile related lifecycles

Keen eye to process gaps and suggestive approach to improve process

Strong in Excel and PowerPoints and graphic designing

Very strong and assertive communication

Good analytical skills
