Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Field Sales Executive. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our integrated marketing solutions to brands in the designated territory. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Rural, Karnataka, India, with a Junior level experience requirement of 1 to 2 years.

Qualifications and Skills

• 06 months-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the marketing industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Energetic and enthusiastic

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients in the designated territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate marketing solutions
• Present and demonstrate our services to clients in a compelling manner
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports
• Stay updated with industry trends and new marketing techniques
• Having experience with the distrubutors and dealers
• Convert lead into business.
