- Solid VCF and/or VCD and/or NSX lifecycle management and deployment design experience with additional broad knowledge across the VFC components
- Preferred additional expertise in Software Engineering, Automation, and DevOps.
- Hands-on work experience with CI/CD and configuration management tools (Chef / Puppet / Ansible / SaltStack / Terraform...).
- Architecture level engineering experience and relevant VMware / VCF architect certification
- Senior-to-Lead level with broad system engineering & customer facing consulting experience.
- Required experience with system administration and scripting for VMware products, such as VCF, VCD, NSX, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, vRA/vRO/ARIA, Tanzu...
- Knowledge and understanding of cloud and infrastructure, DevOps (CI/CD), Ansible, Linux, networking, and security. Some practical experience with Python scripting is highly desirable. Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and experience with Kubernetes would be a plus.
