Role - Lead Recruiter / Key Account Manager

Experience - 3 to 8 Years

Location - Gurgaon (On-site)

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field

5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of closing positions with clients and achieving recruitment targets

Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, industry trends, and best practices

Experience with recruitment software and tools

-Experience in hiring for product companies or VC-funded startups

-Experience in managing B2B business
