    Description

    We are looking for an Interior Designer to join our office. The designer should have a well-developed aesthetic sense, creative thinking skills and the ability to create designs based on conversations with the clients. The candidate should be confident in communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and to be able to take design decisions based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with upcoming interior designs and other ongoing trends to provide the best ideas for the client.

    Responsibilities:


    • Handling a project from start to finish and ensuring high quality, innovative and functional design.


    • Produce conceptual drawings, working drawings, renderings, mood boards and documents.


    • Meeting the client to understand the objectives and desires.


    • Preparing presentations (3D, 2D mock-ups and renderings) for the clients.
    • Creating project quotes and other documents.


    • Coordination with clients, consultants and contractors.

    Experience:


    • Bachelor's in Interior Design or a related field.


    • 5 years of experience in the field

    Skills (Mandatory):


    • Professional in AutoCAD, Adobe Suites, Sketchup and Microsoft Office Suites
    • Excellent communication skills with high proficiency in the English language
    • Good interpersonal and networking skills


    • Excellent planning and organizing skills


    • Time & priority management


    • Leadership skills.


    • Understanding of design concepts, drawings, construction codes and standards
    • Ability to think rationally and resolve issues with a solution-oriented approach
