    Position Summary:

    We are seeking skilled and experienced D2C Performance Marketing Specialists to work in our performance marketing team and further our efforts in growing our clients' D2C business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing, with a focus on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google and others. This role offers a unique opportunity for rapid learning and career growth in the dynamic e-commerce industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions on D2C websites.
    • launch, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and others.
    • campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to improve ROI/ ROAS and KPIs.
    • with internal teams and client teams to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and alignment of marketing efforts.
    • regular performance reports and recommendations to clients, demonstrating the impact of marketing efforts on business objectives.
    • updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in D2C performance marketing.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree, or above, in Marketing, Business, or related field.
    • of 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels.
    • track record of successfully managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive measurable results.
    • analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
    • communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
    • working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc., is a plus.
    • in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms are desirable.
