    Description
    • Efficiency to handle ventilator cases in case of emergency crisis
    • Observing and reporting symptoms, reaction to treatments, drugs, and changes in the patients physical or emotional condition
    • Evaluates and revises the plan of care, as necessary.
    • Provides reports to the patients physician about patient under care when the patients condition changes or there are deviations from the plan of care.
    • Counselling the patient and their family in meeting nursing and related needs
    • Maintaining confidentiality of patient and company matters
    • Submitting required documentation in a timely manner
    • Maintaining accurate time records
    • Following companys OLIVR and completing the steps to confirm their duties.
    • Adhering to all company polices, including but not limited to, infection control and safety, education, reporting and practice implementation.
    • To maintain professional standards of competence in line with current best nursing practices.
    • To ensure that all care needs for each patient are met in accordance with the care plan.
    • To promote patient safety, privacy, dignity and confidentiality at all times.
    • To communicate with the referring clinician in a timely and professional manner.
    • To provide direct and individualized critical care (ICU/ CCU) nursing to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles.
    • Deliver care as per the nursing care plan under supervision of Primary consultant / AHC physician
    • Records medical information and vital signs
    • Reports adverse reactions due to medications or treatment in line with the policy
    • Initiates patient education plan, educates patients and patient attendant on how to manage illness/injury or criticality at home through home care needs, diet/nutrition/exercise programs.
    • Able to handle specialised equipment used on patient.
    • Monitor catheters, leads and tubing for proper placement and functioning
    • Handle emergencies and report to AHC physician and SPOC
    • Coordinating with physicians and other team members for creating and evaluating customized care plans.
    • Adhering with the protocols, norms, rules and regulations in order to maintain complete medical records
    • Maintain Nursing notes and report to the lead
    • Attend, administer, monitor, record all medical nursing service calls assigned.
    • Coordinating with physicians and other team members for creating and evaluating customized care plans.
    • Educating patients families about the disease and its treatment.
    • Checking the stock on a regular basis for maintaining the inventory level and placing orders if required.
    • Responsible & accountable for stock provided
    • Maintaining reports of patients medical histories, and monitoring changes in their condition.
    • Administer medication to patients
    • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, feeding and dressing patients
    • Work with other professionals to create treatment plans.
    • Clean and re-dress wounds if needed
    • Monitor changes in behaviour and progress
    • Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports
    • Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions
    • Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments
    • Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests
    • Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions
    • Administering non-intravenous medications
    • Modifying patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses
    • Updates NM/MO on any unusual situations that may need to be addressed during their shift

    QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

    Academic degree in Nursing, GNM/ Post BSC/ BSC (Nursing), Appropriate courses and qualifications in the field of Nursing
