AbouttheRole:
TheLead/Senior UI/UX Designer role at Realoq is a strategic andinfluential position inviting an experienced design professional totake the helm in shaping exceptional user experiences. As a keycontributor you will lead the charge in usercentric designseamlessly blending user research information architecture andinteraction design to create visually captivating digitalinterfaces.

Qualifications:

• 715years experience in UI and UX design (both skillsrequired).
• Graduation/PostGraduation in UI/UX or relatedfield.
• Proficiency indesign tools such as Sketch Adobe Creative Suite Figma orsimilar
• Understandingand appreciation of standard user interface design concepts andprocesses for web and mobile including knowledge of Material Designand the Apple Human interfaceguidelines.
• Havesignificant experience designing for web or mobile applications(iOS & Android) or both and be familiar with the technologybehind the design such as HTML andCSS
• Excellentcommunication skills (Fluent English skills both written and verbalare compulsory) including the ability to present complex conceptsclearly and persuasively across diverse audiences at various levelsof ourorganization.
• Proventeam player with an international mindset. Highly selfmotivated andselfmanaged individual not afraid to do the heavylifting.
• Experienceworking with a design system is aplus
• Experiencedesigning for enterprise software or B2B products is aplus
• Experiencedesigning components for React & React native apps is aplus

Responsibilities:

Your mainresponsibilities will include:

• Workclosely with product owners and developers to anticipate customerneeds and define userstories
• Developwireframes user flows and prototypes that effectively communicatedesign concepts tostakeholders.
• Designand create highfidelity mockups and visual designs for desktop andmobile applications that empowerusers
• Conduct userresearch and usability testing to validate design decisions andimprove the userexperience.
• Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including developers and productmanagers to ensure that designs are implemented effectively andmeet customerneeds
• Stay uptodatewith emerging design trends tools and technologies to continueempoweringusers
