    Key Responsibilities:

    Team Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR Operations team to achieve their objectives
    • Foster a collaborative team culture and ensure seamless communication

    Operational Oversight:

    • Manage daily operational activities, ensuring Service Level Agreement adherence
    • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, workflows, and process improvements

    Program Management:

    • Plan, execute, and monitor key HR initiatives and programs
    • Evaluate alignment with organizational goals and timelines

    Metrics and Reporting:

    • Track operational metrics, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights
    • Present regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless operations
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and issues

    The ideal candidate will possess 5-8 years of experience in HR Operations or a related field.

    A proven track record in managing teams and executing programs is essential.

    A strong analytical and data-driven mindset, along with proficiency in project management tools, is required.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also necessary.

    Knowledge of global HR compliance and payroll processes is a valuable asset.
