Description

• Manage a largescale enterprisewide program or portfolio of Change programs.
• Accountable for the successful delivery of change management and communication services across the portfolio of transformation programmes and projects, to ensure that change is adopted successfully by the business.
• Responsible for the strategic and operational management of a portfolio of transformation programmes
• Manage the pipeline of demand. Plan the team resourcing and capacity to manage the portfolio, within the assigned budget and managing interdependencies across programmes
• Accountable for continuous improvement across our change, communications service offering, adopting modern approaches to change, comms and embracing data driven insights, digital techniques and human centric design
• Deep subject matter expert in program changes and communication management
• Proven track record of delivering transformational change on multiple largescale programmes (e.g. SAP ERP deployments, Cultural Change, Transformation agendas, M&A, etc.)
