    Job Roles:

    1. The Accountant is responsible for overseeing the meticulous closing of books of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

    2. In this role, the Accountant takes charge of managing both internal and external audits, facilitating a seamless process and ensuring the organization's financial records are transparent and in accordance with audit requirements.

    3. The Accountant plays a pivotal role in process stabilization, implementing efficient financial workflows and procedures to enhance overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

    4. With a focus on team management, the Accountant leads and guides the accounting team, fostering collaboration and ensuring that tasks are executed with precision and within established timelines.

    5. Possessing proficient knowledge in either SAP or MS Dynamics ERP systems, the Accountant leverages this expertise to optimize financial operations, streamline processes, and enhance the organization's technological capabilities.

    6. The role involves overseeing various tax-related aspects, such as TDS, GST, and IT return assessments, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and facilitating accurate and timely submissions.

    7. The Accountant coordinates bank loans and manages cash and fund flows, playing a crucial role in maintaining financial liquidity and stability within the organization.

    8. Responsible for timely filing of ROC returns, the Accountant ensures compliance with statutory requirements, maintaining the organization's legal standing and adherence to regulatory frameworks.

    9. A key aspect of the role involves the preparation and submission of Management Information System (MIS) reports, providing insights into financial performance and aiding decision-making processes.

    10. The Accountant handles the accounts of a group of companies, managing the consolidation of financial information and ensuring accurate reporting across the entire corporate structure.
