Roles and Responsibilities:

Proven ability to translate business requirements into workable HR strategies while guaranteeing alignment with the overarching goals of the company.
Examine trends and data in conjunction with the HR division.
Handle grievances and resolve complicated employee relations issues.
Closely collaborate with employees and top management to enhance working relationships, boost morale, and boost productivity and retention.
Offer advice on HR policy.
Keep track of personnel and succession planning and report on it.
Tight coordination with upper management.
Make fresh HR recommendations
Practical experience in risk and compliance.
Comprehensive knowledge of all HR duties and recommended procedures.
Finding ways to cut costs, streamlining procedures, and putting moneysaving fixes into practice.
Prior manpower budgeting and planning experience is required.
In his analytical capacity, the Senior HR Business Partner designs and continuously implements HR policies and processes while also conducting research.
