Description
1.Coordination between different consultant and related agencies client, project Architect, MEP, Structure, interior, Facade etc.
2.Review and closing of SD (Schematic drawing), DD (design development), IFC drawing for before tender.
3.Coordinate during design to incorporate safety measures to be used both during construction and permanently by the Owner.
4.Understand the estimate and ensure design team stays within budget. Assist in value management/ engineering to stay within budget. Ensure all approved trend estimates are incorporated into the drawings.
5.Manage the change estimate process during the design phase. Help the project team resolve all cost issues once the design is complete
6.Review and closing of technical detail, IFC, specification and BOQ in coordination with other stakeholders.
7.Issue if tender package to commercial team with IFC, technical detail and BOQ, and reply the query of the bidders.
8.Review the drawing if required send RFI to the consultant for clarification, reply to the RFI from contractors with in time to support the construction.
9.Review and closing of SD (shop drawing) before starting of execution and approval of FFNE samples.
10.Review of calculation submitted by contractors, giving the approval in coordination with consultant as per project procedure to proceed further.
11.Making regular site visit highlighting the issue if it deviates the approved drawing.
12.Ensure coordination and documentation of all Design Meeting Minutes, Design Packages, Design Changes, etc.
13.Design team to maintain the design schedule that supports the project schedule. Ensure the designers, including design-build subcontractors, are meeting the schedule. Visit the different offices to see the work being completed. Manage the Owner to ensure the design schedule is met.
14.After completion of work/construction coordinating with contractor, site construction team for making (by contractor) As-built drawing as per work executed at site, on same consultant and client approval to be taken for closing of drawing
