Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and schedule site visits.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with hiring managers, team members, and other internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely communication with clients regarding candidate status updates.
