Role andResponsibilities:
As a Motor DesignEngineer/Sr. Engineer you will be responsible for generatingspecifications for new product development (NPD) projects to expandour product catalog. Your main duties will include planning NPDprojects creating specifications for electrical subsystemsoptimizing performance tailored to product requirements developingstrategies and tools for electromagnetic FEA analysis controllingdocument revisions realizing prototypes and training new resources.You will also be required to estimate design costs and manhours todetermine product costs.
CandidateQualifications:
The ideal candidate shouldpossess a Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical or MechanicalEngineering with proven experience in motor/generator design.Strong knowledge of electromagnetic FEA analysis NPD processes andelectrical subsystem design will beessential.
