**Job Overview**

The Tele Sales Manager will be responsible for monitoring and managing teams of Telesales executives through team leaders, ensuring lead generation and sales conversion to drive revenue growth.

This role requires strong leadership and team handling skills, along with the ability to motivate and drive productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Monitor and manage a team of tele-sales executives, driving productivity through team leaders.
• Ensure team leaders meet targets and provide regular reports on progress.
• Review team performance, driving metrics around individual performance, attrition, quality, talk time, and number of calls made.
• Constantly motivate executives to drive incentives and control attrition.
• Plan resources required for the team and work with HR to acquire the right talent.
• Promote a cohesive and high-performance work environment by engaging with team members, providing development feedback, and delivering training inputs.
• Regularly review team member performance and help them improve productivity.
• Monitor, facilitate, and ensure the team adheres to processes.
• Guide, mentor, and train team members to build their capabilities and improve performance.

**Requirements**

• Graduate in any specialization with MBA from a reputable institute.
• Minimum 13-15 years of experience in outbound telesales, with at least 5+ years in people management.
• Exposure to various sectors like banking, retail, telecom, and domestic contact centers is highly preferred.
