    Manager - HRBP

    Location: Haringhata

    You are Responsible for :

    1. Provide HR leadership to a cluster which is one the biggest FCMH facilities on India.

    2. Manage a team of 3 FTE and 5 FTCs within the HR team and provide all day-day support in the domain of people operations.

    3. Collaborate with business teams and act as a sounding board to the business teams on the critical issue of Diversity, Culture, Performance Management, Learning and Development and above all compliance and ethics.

    4. Align business practice with people to drive effective performance. Identify, analyse, scale and implement best practices suited for the organization.

    5. Accountable for managing the mid-level recruitment function for the FCSC operations from search, selection, assessment and on boarding activities (with the support of central spocs).
    6. Accountable for managing Blue Collar Hiring and retention across Fulfillment Center and Sort Center within your span.

    7. Develop effective partnership with employees, managers and ensure positive work environment. Create a robust employee network.

    8. Create a People First Culture in the Region. Be an active mentor and coach for Junior and mid management on people and business practices.

    9. Implement talent management strategies and develop relationship with business to drive org goals. Work towards enhancing business performance through efficient business partnering.

    10. Look for ways to proactively improve & enhance processes.
    11. Be the guardian of change management - for changes that have any people implications.
    12. Create effective analytical tools & reports to analyse employee information. Enable managers & leaders with proactive solutions to address people challenges and foster positive work environment.
    13. Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions & projects and ensure timely completion.
    14. Manage available resources effectively and promote HR capabilities. Collaborate effectively with all stake holders within HR organization What you should have Strong Leadership Abilities.

    18. Hands on experience in Anchoring ER/IR initiatives.

    19. Sound knowledge of labour laws, and proven track record on anchoring Labour issues.

    To succeed in this role – you should have the following:

  • 8+yrs of exp in a HRBP role from FMCG, FMCD background
  • Hands on experience in Anchoring ER/IR initiatives.
  • Sound knowledge of labour laws, and proven track record on anchoring Labour issues.
  • Employee life cycle activities.
  • Performance appraisals, goalsetting, employee engagement, Leadership coaching.
  • Strong HR Conceptual Knowledge, hands on experience in ER/IR.
  • Dealing with ambiguity, dsplaying learning agility,team management, strong stakeholder mgmt
