    Job Overview

    We are seeking a proactive and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, promoting our services, and expanding our customer base. This is a full-time position based in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

    • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and prospect new customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
    • Present and demonstrate our services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
    • Prepare sales reports and update CRM system with customer interactions and sales activities.
    • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales growth.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge.
    • Provide feedback and suggestions to the management team to improve sales processes and customer experience.
