- Conduct regular risk assessments and scenario analyses to enhance the resilience of the trading platform.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities, ensuring a clear understanding of compliance requirements.
- Implement and enforce compliance training programs for the team to stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
- Minimum 10 years working experience in Stock Broking Industry
- Proven experience as a seniorlevel executive in a similar role within the Stock Broking industry.
- Indepth knowledge of broking and trading operations, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Indepth knowledge of SEBI, NSE, BSE, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Stay abreast of highfrequency trading (HFT) and algorithmic trading trends.
- Provide strategic leadership to incorporate HFT and MFT technologies within the stock broking vertical.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling business operations.
