    Mandatory Skills

    Java development with In-depth knowledge of popular Java frameworks like JSF and Spring MVC is needed to manage the software development life cycle, from planning and prioritizing to testing and release

    Knowledge of Restful API design patterns to design, develop, integrate, and document a variety of software observability through the REST API framework

    Hands-On Experience on Observability Configuration: Open Telemetry, AppDynamics/Prometheus/DataDog/New Relic/Dynatrace, Splunk/Kibana, Grafana, Alert Manager. Should be able to build & configure customized metric-exporters and dashboards.

    Should have technically worked on at least couple of end-to-end SRE assignments with an automation mindset and proven capabilities; Implemented SLI. SLO, Error Budgets

    Develop and implement SRE best practices, especially Observability as a Code, including monitoring, tracing and alerting, at scale.

    Design and build monitoring solutions as code, leveraging tools such as OpenTelemetry, AppDynamics, Prometheus, DataDog, NewRelic, Dynatrace, Splunk, Kibana, Grafana, AlertManager, and PagerDuty.

    Configure and customize metric exporters, dashboards, and other observability components to meet specific business needs.

    Automate toil and repetitive tasks through scripting and automation frameworks.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SRE principles into the CI/CD pipeline, utilizing tools like Git, TeamCity, Jenkins, JFrog, Nexus, Udeploy, LightSpeed, OpenShift, and Linux VMs.

    Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, performance, and scalability.

    Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

    Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
