    As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, responsible for driving efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth through various digital channels.     Campaign Management:

    • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Twitter, , and other relevant platforms.
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics including ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), and conversion rates.
    • Conduct A/B tests to improve campaign performance and drive continuous optimization.

    Analytics and Reporting:

    • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
    • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to the marketing team.
    • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others to track and measure campaign effectiveness.

    Audience Targeting and Segmentation:

    • Identify target audiences based on market segmentation and buyer personas.
    • Develop strategies to reach and engage with target audiences effectively.
    • Utilize audience targeting features on digital advertising platforms to optimize campaign reach and relevance.

    Budget Management:

    • Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
    • Monitor spending, adjust budgets as necessary, and ensure campaigns stay within budget constraints.

    Collaboration and Communication:

    • Work closely with other members of the marketing team to align performance marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creatives and landing pages optimized for performance.
    • Communicate regularly with external partners such as advertising agencies or media vendors.
