    Description

    Overview:

    The StoreExecutive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation ofthe store maintaining optimal inventory levels and deliveringexceptional customer service. They are responsible for overseeingstore activities managing staff and driving sales to meet andexceed targets.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Supervise andcoordinate daily store operations
    • Manageinventory levels and ensure adequate stockavailability
    • Provide excellent customer serviceand address customer inquiries andcomplaints
    • Lead and motivate the store team toachieve sales targets
    • Implement store policiesand procedures to maintain a safe and pleasantenvironment
    • Monitor and analyze salesperformance and provide reports tomanagement
    • Collaborate with the marketing teamto execute promotional activities andcampaigns
    • Conduct regular staff training andperformance evaluations
    • Ensure compliance withcompany policies and regulations
    • Maintaincleanliness and organization of thestore
    • Contribute to budget planning and costcontrol
    • Manage vendor relationships anddeliveries
    • Contribute to the development andexecution of sales strategies
    • Stay updated onindustry trends and competitorsactivities
    • Participate in store openingsrenovations and specialevents

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration or relevantfield
    • Proven experience in a retail or storemanagement role
    • Demonstrated ability to leadand motivate a team
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in inventorymanagement and sales operations
    • Strongproblemsolving and decisionmakingabilities
    • Solid understanding of budgeting andfinancial principles
    • Ability to work underpressure and handle multiple tasks
    • Knowledge ofretail software and pointofsale systems
    • Strongorganizational and time managementskills
    • Familiarity with merchandising andvisual presentation techniques
    • Understanding ofhealth and safety regulations
    • Ability to adaptto a fastpaced and dynamic workenvironment
    • Availability to work flexible hoursincluding weekends and holidays
    • Professionalismand integrity in handling confidentialinformation
