    Description

    As a Workday Technical Analyst with Compensation & Benefits Experience, you will be a key member of our team responsible for supporting, configuring, and enhancing Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, with a specific focus on compensation and benefits modules. Leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of compensation and benefits processes, you will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure the system, develop solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure the effective utilization of Workday HCM.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
    • 5 to 8 years of experience working as a technical analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on Workday HCM and compensation/benefits modules.
    • Should have strong working knowledge on integrations related to Core HR, Time and absence, recruiting.
    • Proficiency in configuring and supporting Workday Compensation and Benefits modules, including compensation plans, benefit plans, eligibility rules, and integrations.
    • Strong understanding of compensation principles, benefits administration processes, and HR compliance requirements.
    • Experience with Workday integration tools and technologies, such as Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and meeting project deadlines.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Workday Certification in Compensation or Benefits.
    • Experience with other Workday modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Time Tracking) and their integration with compensation and benefits.
    • Knowledge of HRIS data structures, SQL queries, and data analysis techniques.
    • Familiarity with agile or iterative software development methodologies.
