    Job Title: Business Analyst

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to drive impactful healthcare projects.

    Role Overview:

    • Analyze, document, and improve processes in the healthcare domain.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
    • Develop clear and detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications, and workflows.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to enhance healthcare systems and processes.
    2. Work closely with development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
    3. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7).
    4. Create and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
    5. Assist in the implementation and adoption of new healthcare software and tools.
    6. Provide training and support to users for new systems or processes.
    7. Continuously monitor and evaluate project outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement.

    Key Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, processes, and regulatory requirements.
    • Proficient in tools like MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, or other project management software.
    • Familiarity with data analysis tools and healthcare standards like HL7, ICD, or FHIR.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
    • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
