    Reward Analystrequired in an Educational Group inHyderabad.
    The Group isheadquartered inLondon.

    TheSelected Candidate will be reporting to the Head Office team inLondon and working as per UK timezone.
    The selected candidate willbe working from the India HQ Office inHyderabad.

    Role
    Responsible for supporting theGroup Reward team in implementing the reward processes frameworksand policies
    Ensuring they areadministered effectively.
    Thisposition is critical in supporting the delivery of Rewardoperational activities by providing Reward and Data analyticsexpertise.

    This role requires thecandidate to work with teams across the Globe hence the candidateshould be willing to work in different zones as perrequirement.

    JobResponsibilities
    Provide market insights collateand interpret market data to provide analysis of market movement
    Provide statistical analysis datamodelling and cost analysis to inform business decisions as andwhen required
    Responsible forReward data integrity raising data quality issues identified fromanalysis
    Liaising with the HRISteam to resolve issues
    Coordinatethe data submission across the relevant markets liaising with thesurvey provider and the local HRteams
    Support the Group HR team toprovide benchmarking data to thebusiness
    Work with the Group andRegional HR teams to calculate compensationpayments
    Create and maintainreward materials andresources
    Support the design andexecution of RewardProjects

    Experience
    3 to 5 years of relevant workexperience
    MBAHRPrevious experience in Reward Managementideally within a globalcompany
    High level of numeracy andanalytical skills
    Stronginterpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships acrossmultiple countries/cultures
    Strongorganizational skills and ability to prioritizeefficiently
    Advanced levelMicrosoft Excel
    Good verbal andwritten communicationskills
    Previous experience insalary benchmarking (preferably MERCER /WTW)
    Project Management exposure

    NoteCandidates should have relevant experience in Similar Role workingexperience on Mercer.
